Suspension of Accepting New Submissions

The Journal has been overwhelmed in recent months by the increase in the number of papers submitted for publication.

In order to reduce in number the backlog of papers awaiting review, we are asking authors not to submit new papers from the 1st of November 2016.

We have made this decision to ensure that all current submissions can be reviewed in a timely fashion.

This decision will not affect papers submitted for inclusion in Special Issues.

We will review the situation in March 2017 and we will keep you informed of any further developments through the website.
